Opening Jan. 9, Rush's New Tower Will Enhance Education

New Custom Rush University Regalia
Custom Rush University regalia is now available. Incorporating Rush’s corporate green color, the official old gold Rush University color and the University shield, these new gowns will serve as a visual exemplar of school spirit and pride for Rush University degree candidates and alumni.
The new regalia will make its Rush debut at the 39th Rush University Commencement on June 11, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the UIC pavilion. This year’s commencement kicks off the 40th anniversary celebratory year commemorating the founding of Rush University in 1972.

College of Health Sciences Ranked Highly in 2012 U.S.News Survey; HSM Program Ranks in Top 10 for First Time
Rush University is well represented in the 2012 edition of the "America's Best Graduate Schools" survey released on March 15 by U.S.News & World Report. Six programs in Rush University's College of Nursing and three programs in the College of Health Sciences are ranked among the top 18 in the country. Rush is the only ranked university with an exclusive health science focus.
Rush University's College of Health Sciences earned placement in three disciplines:
- • Master's in Health Systems Management - ninth (up from 25th since 2007)
• Doctor of Audiology (AuD) - ninth (not re-ranked this year)
• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology - 18th (not re-ranked this year)
